These terms apply to the games by Mojiwatch Games: Mojiwatch, Moji Gems and Moji Blocks, and to this website. By playing a game you agree to them.

1. Playing the games

The games are free to download and play. You may use them for your own, non-commercial entertainment. Do not copy, resell, modify or reverse-engineer them.

2. Purchases

Optional items (hints, coins, gems or ad removal) are sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Virtual items have no money value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Ads

The games may show ads from Google AdMob, including optional rewarded videos. Each game's privacy policy explains what data the ads use.

4. Your progress

Progress is stored on your phone. Uninstalling a game or clearing its data deletes it, and we cannot restore it.

5. Content

Movie, series and anime titles in Mojiwatch belong to their owners and are used only to name them in puzzles. Short descriptions come from Wikipedia under the CC BY-SA licence.

6. No warranty

The games are provided as they are. We work to keep them running, but we do not promise they will be free of errors or always available.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
