Delete your data

Our games do not have accounts, and we do not keep your game data on a server. Everything is stored on your phone, so you can delete it yourself.

Delete game progress

Uninstall the game, or open Android Settings → Apps → the game → Storage → Clear storage. This removes progress, coins, hints and settings for good.

Reset the advertising ID

Ads come from Google AdMob. To reset or delete your advertising ID, open Android Settings → Google → Ads.

Usage statistics

Statistics from Google Analytics for Firebase are tied only to a random app ID, not to your name or account. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data gives it a new ID, and Google deletes the old data after 14 months. To have it deleted sooner, write to support@mojiwatch.com.

Google Play Games

If you signed in to Google Play Games, your profile, achievements and scores are kept by Google. Manage or delete them in the Google Play Games app → Profile → Settings.

Purchases

Purchase records are kept by Google Play in your Google account. Manage or request a refund in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions.
